Operations leadership
Integrated coordination of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
ABOUT ME / IN HOSPITALITY SINCE 1993
My professional journey began in holiday resorts and evolved into senior operations leadership across international hotels and resorts. For me, hospitality begins with responsibility towards people.

01 / MY JOURNEY
I have worked in tourism since 1993. I began my career in holiday resorts, learning first-hand the importance of organisation, guest care and teamwork. That experience shaped a lasting passion: helping a property operate smoothly while developing the people behind its service.
Over the years, I have held positions including Director of Operations, Deputy Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Area Manager, Resident Manager and Quality Control Supervisor. My experience spans Europe, the Caribbean, Africa and the Indian Ocean, including assignments involving Meliá, Eden Viaggi, Valtur, Studio Vacanze, Hilton and Viva Wyndham.
My most recent assignments include Paradisus Los Cayos in Cuba (2025–2026), within the Meliá brand, and the Velipoja Grand Europa Resort in Albania (2026), affiliated by Meliá. In these roles I focused on department coordination, operating procedures, service standards and daily operations.
I believe in hands-on leadership: listening to teams, setting priorities and turning standards into consistent guest experiences, day after day.
02 / HOW I WORK
I do not only review results. I work with department heads, examine operating processes and oversee service standards directly. Rooms, food and beverage, maintenance, public areas and guest experience must function as a coordinated whole.
Integrated coordination of Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
Operational launches, procedures, practical checklists and team readiness.
Service inspections, compliance with brand standards and continuous improvement.
Team development, department-head support and multicultural staff coordination.
Design and optimisation of family services, Mini Club, Junior Club and youth programmes.
Resort activities and events with a consistent focus on guest satisfaction.

03 / MY PHILOSOPHY
My background includes people management, menu and service monitoring, room and public-area inspections, and supporting general management. This broad operational perspective helps me understand each property’s priorities and respond in a practical, structured way.
My early career in the Family & Leisure segment also gave me the experience to design and organise services for children and teenagers, enhancing the holiday experience for families.
Today I bring this experience to hospitality projects that value reliability, organisational strength, service consistency and leadership on the ground.
“Hospitality excellence is never improvised. It is built every day, together with people.”
